These terms explain what this website provides and what happens when you request a quote.

1. The enquiry service

Tenet manages quote requests and contractor referrals. We do not carry out work, certify designs, diagnose defects or guarantee a contractor referral. Liam Benjamin Gibson operates this enquiry service under the Tenet name.

2. Free requests and contractor charges

There is no charge to submit an enquiry through this website and no obligation to book. A request is not an instant price, a confirmed appointment or a construction contract. Contractors set their own prices. Confirm any assessment, travel, design or engineering fees before agreeing to them.

3. Referrals and your details

Your details are used to discuss your project. We ask for separate approval before sending them to a contractor. How information is handled is explained in our privacy notice.

4. Quotes and work

You decide whether to engage a contractor. Agree the scope, price, payment schedule, approvals, materials, drainage, exclusions and completion arrangements directly with that contractor. Check licensing and insurance appropriate to the proposed work. We are not a party to that construction agreement.

5. Site information and images

Guides are general planning information. Requirements vary with site conditions and scope, so seek advice from the relevant authority and suitably qualified professionals. Illustrative images show examples, not completed jobs or evidence of contractor experience.

6. Availability and safe use

Website and contractor availability may change. Do not use this form for emergencies. If a wall appears unstable, keep people away and seek a qualified assessment. Submit accurate details for a project you are authorised to discuss; do not send sensitive documents through the form.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
